The room was large. I found the bed to be very comfortable. The staff was helpful . The hotel's location allowed me to easily walk to nearby amenities.
The pool was not heated, slightly disappointing.

the location is quite good. it is very walkable to various shops and restaurants. the bathroom was also quite large with a modern design, it included a huge shower.
it was very noisy ! i requested a quiet room, but it was right next to the lift. the aircon and fridge were also very noisy.

The front desk staff provided a room extension of twenty minutes. They also allowed parking for approximately three hours following the stated checkout time. the beds in the chic loft-style room felt cozy. i found the sauna and hot bath tub quite beneficial following a twenty-two kilometer overnight hike in garibaldi.
The cleaning ladies seem overworked. I think they could use more pay and better benefits. they looked unhappy with their employment. it was very sad to observe.

The hotel provided a well kept pool, a nice patio, and a fitness center containing two pelotons. the lobby was amazing. the staff kindly answered all questions my kids asked.

there are two restaurants attached to the hotel, i found fanny bay fabulous. i did not dine at the other restaurant, though it looked quite appealing. i also appreciated the location of the many eateries and shopping nearby.
